Chaya Stillwater-Lanz bodywork practice combines Equine Structural Integration and Reiki. She spent two years studying Classical Dressage Master with Dominique Barbier. Her unique approach to bodywork is formulated from thousands of hours of practical study.

Each horse is an individual and has an equal level of participation in the session. Chaya's work aims to support and bring each horse into their natural balance. A horse in their natural balance allows the harmony of their movements to surface.

As the horse relaxes there is a progressive release of blocks generated throughout the session as the horse's fascia lengthens allowing muscles, tendons, and bones to operate smoothly and without tension.

Proprioception is vital for the horse as they begin to experience their bodies moving freely without tension. She encourages each horse to understand their new comfort with simple relaxed walking exercises anyone can practice with their horses.

The lasting benefits your horse will receive from Chaya include mobility of the shoulders, increased range of motion through the back and loins, deeper engagement of the hindquarters, freedom of the neck. You will experience your horse as being deeply connected to their body. With their increased ability to move, bend, and engage their bodies your horse will be joyful and enthusiastically expressive.
